Originally from sunny California, I moved to Knoxville to pursue my passion for baking. Inspired by my beloved gray cat, who would sit on a stool and watch me bake, I created this bakery. Though he passed away a few years ago, his memory continues to inspire me. Currently, I am also in culinary and baking school to further refine my skills.
